Pepin Manufacturing offers several semi-automatic, narrow web slitter/rewinders designed to convert large master rolls of material—such as film, paper, foil, or labels—into narrower, smaller rolls with clean edges and consistent tension. With this precision slitter comes increased material handling flexibility by preparing rolls for packaging, labeling, or further processing.
Minimum Slit Width – 0.5” or 1/8” with a Rotary Die
Tolerances as Low as +/- .005 – .010”. Dependent on:

Slitter of Both Material and Cores
Pepin Manufacturing offers a heavy duty, automatic, single blade roll slitter that can slit a wide range of materials such as foams, tapes, foils, rubber, non-wovens, textiles, laminates and other materials on rolls with a maximum outside diameter of 23″ on a variety of core sizes. Pepin’s state of the art slitter provides a wide range of features including slit widths in inches or millimeters, index positioning, batch and regular cuts, interval knife grinding, multiple speed knife entry, slow knife at core, knife off at core and dwell time at the grinder and core.
